Converted raw rubber to finished product requires a process called vulcanization. Different methods of vulcanization are used to deliver finish products. Among these hot and cold vulcanization is the most effective. As the name suggests hot vulcanization takes place in the presence of steam and it does not yield the desired results. In the case of hot vulcanization the articles are set in a closed chamber supported by heated jackets inside autoclaves.
